Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
All products come with a 12-month warranty starting from the date the customer receives the goods. This warranty applies to all products equally.
2. Warranty Coverage
Covered Components:
- Walking motor (water damage is not covered)
- Generator (water damage is not covered)
- Battery (water damage is not covered; battery depletion due to long-term non-use is not covered)
- Motor remote controller (water damage is not covered)
- Remote controller (water damage is not covered)
- Engine (water damage is not covered)
Not Covered (Exclusions):
- Damage caused by improper use, human error, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (blades, filters, batteries, etc.)
- Failure to follow the product instruction manual
- Damage from natural disasters
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
3. Warranty Solution
Once a valid warranty claim is confirmed:
- We will provide replacement parts
- We will provide repair guidance
4. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims.
5. Warranty Claim Process
- Claims must be submitted within the 12-month warranty period
- Required information:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the problem
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- We will review and respond within 7 working days
