These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the sale of products by Quanzhou Shengxin Huanyu International Trading Co., Ltd. (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our”), located in Quanzhou, China, to all buyers (“Buyer”, “you”, “your”) who access our website or place orders.
By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
Product specifications, prices, lead times, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the importing country unless clearly specified.
We offer the following international trade terms:
FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP
Responsibilities for shipment, insurance, customs clearance, and risk transfer shall follow the latest version of Incoterms.
Payment shall be made via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) only.
Orders will not be processed until full deposit is received.
Goods will not be shipped until the full balance is received and cleared.
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, customs, force majeure, or Buyer’s failure to provide required documents.
We guarantee products are manufactured and inspected according to agreed standards.
Warranty period: 12 months from the date of shipment.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does NOT cover:
Buyer may arrange inspection before shipment at their own cost.
Any claims must be raised before shipment; no claims will be accepted after shipment.
As these are industrial and machinery products, returns or refunds are generally not accepted after delivery, except under warranty conditions.
All content, images, logos, and product designs on this website are the property of Quanzhou Shengxin Huanyu International Trading Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
